Giveaway O'Hare is moving!

I was trying to TT Mira out for a friend, but O'Hare asked to move and I've been wanting him to leave since I have three Smugs in my town.

He's mostly original, still wears his shirt and says 'amigo'. He's free all I ask is that he finds a loving home.

I'm currently not available to trade right now but I'll be free after 5pm EST.
If he doesn't find a home by 8pm EST tonight, I'll be voiding him.
