OMG I really dont like this villager and ive been hitting her and everything to get her to move xD (Shes Diva) And this is what happened:
"Im moving"
"yay bye"
"nvm, ima stay"
Did that ever happen to you guys xD

Yes it did. Felicity did it to me. I like her ,but I just wanted her to find a great home if she wanted to move, but no. She was too worried about me. :3 I still like her tho.

If you didn't save after this happened, you can quit without saving and tt back an hour before she pinged to move.

That's happened to me many times. I just did the above and waited till the move out day I'd told me. And villager was gone.

Should also ignore them till they move.

One time, Marshal told me he was moving, and by accident, I said "See ya!" I started panicking because I didn't actually want him to move out.
He starts remarking that "If we had a really strong friendship, you would've told me to stay, so I'm gonna stay in town until we become better friends" or something like that.
So this has saved me once or twice. cx

hitting villagers isn't gonna make them move.
also yeah if you really want someone out, quit without saving after they ping you. then start up again. they should ping you again
unless you did a lot of stuff and didn't save, then rip

Yesss I've had this happen a few times! I finally got one that I hated to move out and then a few days later she was just hanging out in my town (not even at my campsite) saying how much she loved to visit. lol I hate when they won't just go away! XD

This happens a LOT with me! I tend to ignore what they say when I talk to villagers and freak when I click yes by mistake! I just smash the power button if they say "ok yeah i'll move"

It happened to me before, very annoying. Luckily I knew to quit without saving and reload to try again thanks to this forum.

I used to have Ankha as a dreamie, but when she actually moved to my town I noticed that her mouth was always curved down like she was upset about something and we just never had any interesting conversations, plus her house was in a spot where I wanted to put a PWP. I waited impatiently for her to move, until finally one day she came up to me and told me she was moving. Somehow, she thought "See ya!" meant that she had great, supportive friends in Phoenix and she absolutely HAD to stay longer. I liked her even less that day.

Eventually she moved out, thank god.
