Like Long Straight Walks? Visit Old Pond!
Hello all! I'm hoping to someday upgrade my train station with the Zen exterior to fit in with the town I'm designing. To that end, I'd really appreciate any help you can give by visiting my town.
Apparently, Isabelle isn't convinced that Old Pond is enough of a tourist destination to warrant the effort of processing the paperwork for upgrading

My town, Old Pond, is very WIP, but one feature worth visiting for is the fact that you can walk from the train station plaza to the dock in a straight line. I'm not sure if this is a super unique aspect of the layout but I think it's fun to do
!
I'm using the previously successful train station upgrade thread by acnLotaku as a reference so here's pretty much a copy paste of their rules:
What you can do when you arrive:
- Get signatures
- Drop off Katie
- Shop and Sell at Re-Tail and Main Street stores (my town fruit is APPLES)
- Look around
- Go fishing
What you cannot do:
- DO NOT RUN.
- DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING.
*You can take fruits if you ask first.
Before coming over please let me know what you intend to do first. Please only spend about 5-10 mins to allow others to come in.
You will be watched over if you have less than 5 Wifi Feedbacks. If you have zero, then I will decline. Sorry!
When I open, I will do groups of 3 at a time. Please don't spend more than 5-8 mins so I can get the next group in.
