I really don't agree with them instating a fee for it at all, but I'm not entirely sure when I'll be able to get it. I know it's just $4.99 for an entire year but I do not have too much disposable income at this time :/

Unless I can find someone who has B/W/B2/W2, Pokemon Bank, and X/Y to be a sort of middle man for me. I could trade to them, they transfer them to X/Y, then trade them back to my Y.....but that's risky. I don't know anyone here enough to trust them with such an operation.

None of the Meloetta or the Surfing Pikachus transferred for some reason ><
Googled it and found out that sometimes Pokemon Bank will sometimes block 100% legit Pokemon for no reason...; ;

I will be happy to provide the others though! I'll be available for the next 45 or so minutes
