TTing forward a few days to get a villager to move in quicker. Right now I've seen my price go from 93 to 150 to 190. Probably a small spike, but I gotta move forward one more day to be sure. I'd only prefer to let people in if prices are 400+.

UPDATE:

Well, I ended up getting a small spike (190 was the highest price). I ended up getting my villager, and am slowly TTing backwards. I decided to stop by Reese's and she's buying for 642! That's the highest I've gotten so far. I'll update my old thread later. Right now I've got some stuff to do.
