The name unofficial rings a bell. No they don't count at all and this was decided when the rules were in place, you should give them and the actual Mafia rules a read.

The current bans have all ended on all players reported to be banned. I don't know if Natty ever sent in a request/ban for the one or two that got modkilled their game.
