Octavian is in boxes and ready for a new home. His shirt is different but his catchphrase is original and his house is mostly original (he's gotten rid of one or two pieces of furniture and has a shirt on display).

I'd love to get the Korean hibiscus dlc but I'll also take bells.

@Shiny: Sorry dear. Octavian and all the other higher tier villagers often go for around this price. Luckily the Train Station helps you with turnips so you can get mills more easily too.
