Giveaway Octavian the Octopi (winner drawing)

I have Octavian scheduled to move for the 13th. However, I will TT forward to his date for the winner.
I've had him since 2013 so naturally he is not going to be original. However, I really want to see him go to someone who wants him permanently. I politely ask that you don't resell him but pay it forward by giving him away free if you ever change your dreamies and/or choose to let him move.

I'm going to keep this open for entries until 9PM EST on Saturday the 7th (today). I will take all people that enter and use a randomizer to generate the winning SN. Afterwards, the person generated to be the winner will be announced.
Whomever is generated will need to be prepared to take him by no later than Sunday, the 8th, by 3PM EST. However, I can directly give him to you anytime after the drawing ends at 9PM.
Please do not to be entered unless you have the space. I will not wait for a villager to be TT'd out past 3PM on Sunday.

Update: I'm seeing now that there was soliciting behind my back to buy Octavian from the winner which is not really cool. It's one thing for the winner to pass to the next person, that's fine. However, it's not okay to seek out the winner to try to buy their prize or for the two to potentially have an agreement for payment.

I'm moving down the list to the third person.
