Due to a TT'ing accident Octavian is in boxes. His house should be original or very close to, his shirt is not.

I'm not in a huge rush to move forward in my game, so I'll be taking offers for a bit. The only things I'm currently looking for are;

The lowest in pure BTB I would take would probably be 150 as that is what I paid for him.

Make sure my void is clear?? (????) I don't think you can 'clear' a void. And I don't understand why a place in the void would be helpful in any way.

If there are villagers in your void (villagers that have recently moved out of your town and weren't picked up by someone else) and we trade, they will move into my town. To avoid this, people can "clear their void" by visiting a town with ten villagers.

If you haven't voided any villagers recently (and don't plan to void Rodeo) then it won't matter anyways, but otherwise I will get your voided villagers.

Oh wow. This is very important information. If you clear your void, will they forget they were in your village before, or do you still need to cycle them out of the void?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I think they will forget they were in your town as they are essentially gone once your void is cleared.

I thought the streetlist and the void were the same thing. Interesting.
