I recommend two bottles of a very strong drug taken at once.

Use a sinus cleanse thing to clear your sinuses. <_<

Rip your nose off, empty your sinus cavity, and stick your nose back on. That'll help, but it'll hurt a whole helluvalot.

Other than that, let the bug run it's course. Not much you can do.
