So I call Nintendo because my problem needs to be fixed by a Support Specialist, but I keep getting redirected to the site. The "help tickets" never work, I get a response like 2 weeks afterwards. I got through on the phone once, but I wan't to get on again. How to please? I need my problem resolved.
EDIT: I got connected and they are able to request a data transfer without me have to send it in! Super happy.
