Number of rocks in your town?

I started on a new cartridge today and spent close to five hours to find a well spaced town with good starting villagers and pears. My first town has only 5 rocks but this new one has around 8-9! Just curious on how many rocks everyone has in their respective towns. Feel free to post angry memories due to your town's rocks!

I have Seven, and that has made paths incredibly difficult, since my villagers always love moving right behind them >.<

9 which is the max I believe. I used to think everyone had 9 and I was so mad when I read a similar thread on here and found out most people have less!! But I'm basically done landscaping my town now and I've managed to work around all of them so it's whatever lol

I have 7 (8 with gem-rock) in my town.. I've almost memorized where they are I think it'll matter less when I won't bother to hit them with a shovel every day, then I'll just make it pretty with paths, flowers and other stuff

They're not in awful places really, I'm thankful for that because I didn't reset my town map at all.

I have 6 rocks in my town I think (Main town) Not sure how many I have in my second town though

One next to my house, one next to Brewster's, two near Static's house, and one below the train station. I wish you could remove them. You're the mayor after all.

8. :/ Not so great but they're not in terrible places and I've gotten used to them. 4 are close to the Town hall.

I have 4, and im actually keeping one gem one because it actually adds symmerty! So 5 rocks!

5. Two by town hall, one by my house, one by Teddy's and one below the train station. I actually want a gem rock to pop up in a small garden area, so it'd be 6. Woo, even number.

6. I've managed to keep most of them out of sight pretty well, though there are one or two that bother me.

I have six of them, two of which are right next to each other and are really annoying to landscape around. The others I don't mind as much.
