They've had nudity on Youtube since it first opened.

Nudity is allowed if it's educational. That's why you can see breast feeding, people giving birth, and you can even see videos of people getting exams for their "areas".

Most of it is used for educational purposes, like training and things like that. And then occasionally there are creepy forty year old men who still live with there moms who shall I say, "abuse" the educational videos.
Since most of the videos are used for training, classes, and surgical reasons they can not be taken off Youtube. For the time being, don't abuse them and they're a way of life so get over it and don't be a baby.
