Oh dude it's been 4 months since I've played my game. I don't remember. I know I can't trade my celebi but that's because my friend hacked it to be shiny for me. I know I have one or two.

Edit: I couldn't trade my azelf. RinRin just reminded me.

I believe this is because Azelf was never released in an event and therefore cannot be in a Cherish Ball, that's why the wifi trading blocks it. I have personally bought a Pokeball Vivillon from him and I received it without a problem.

My azelf isn't in a cherish ball just checked. I dunno why it won't trade...

I was told the pokeball vivillion was not tradeable I retract my previous statement as experience overrides my lack there of.

Where did you get your Azelf?

Pokeball Vivillon is in fact tradable It is only untradable in the GTS because of the Classic Ribbon.
Actually I managed to get a Regigigas in a Cherish Ball from the GTS because the Japanese event one didn't come with a Ribbon

Pokemon diamond. Azelf was the only one that wouldn't trade. Uxie and Mespirit traded just fine. /:

Probably it has the Fateful Encounter Tag. That's what happens if you try to offer up a Pokemon with the Fateful encounter tag on the GTS.
