Buying (Not really buying, I just want to catalogue it) Hairbow?

Hi! So I thought that the Hairbow was available for all versions of the game, but it turns out it isn't. I was wondering if I could catalogue the Hairbow from someone? :3

SO I just found out that the hairbow is not re-orderable. So if anyone had a hairbow they're willing to part with, I'll buy it. I'm sure we can negotiate a price.

Thank you! I had no idea. Is it only available in Japanese copies of the game? Or is it available in all copies?

It's available in all copies, just not until Spring
