Nostalgic AC hourly tracks and the fond memories they bring

I was feeling especially nostalgic for the ACCF ost, 3am in particular. Why? Well, back when I was first playing the game I remember staying up until 3am because it was raining, and I was dertermined to catch a coelecanth. When I finally did, the 3am theme was so deeply engraved in my mind. It's become one of my most favorite tracks.

In NL, 5pm and 2am are special to me because those were the times I watered my gardens and fished. I love fishing.

In PG, my favorite tracks are 8am (getting ready for school), 5pm (peaceful summer afternoon), and 8pm and 9pm for nighttime wanderings about my town.

And of course I should mention NH~ 7am, 8am (the official workout theme, thanks to Drift ) 12pm is my absolute favorite (and its rainy version), 5pm and 6pm.

What hourly tracks from the AC series are dear to you? Which bring back good memories? (Or even bad memories!)

Oh man this thread was made for me.
Even though I started off with City Folk, I have the most nostalgia for New Leaf’s soundtrack. It’s way more in the genre I love, so more of the songs stick in my head.
There are two hourly songs in particular that stick in my head. 1 PM sticks in my head because if I am recalling it correctly the promotional materials constantly used this hour’s song as background music. However, the other song that sticks out to me, 8 AM, is my absolute favorite hourly song in all the games. If I remember correctly this song was also used heavily in advertising. However, that’s not what makes this song stand out for me. This was the song that would play when me, my brothers and my dad would get on our 3DS’ and do our dailies before we got to schooling (I was homeschooled). Those memories coupled with the fact that it has a feeling of starting a new adventure at your own pace and you have a nuclear nostalgia bomb.

I started off with WW first~ 6am is another one of my most memorable tracks to me because it encouraged me to get up early to check my mailbox

My first animal crossing game was New Leaf, and I got it for my birthday in May when I was in high school. I was going through a lot in high school, but NL really brightened my days and gave me something to look forward to. Specifically I remember having a hard time waking up in the mornings and getting out of bed to get ready for school, and I was often very late to class. However, since getting NL I would get up an hour earlier than usual just to play a little bit before going to school! For this reason, the 7am theme always warms my heart.

I haven't heard this delightful tune in so long... My goodness the instrumentation is phenomenal! It's like waking up bright and early after having a good night's sleep, but you still want to hold on to your pillow a little bit longer~ then you take a look out your window and watch as the sun is just finishing peeking out the horizon. You can't wait to start your day

7PM NewLeaf was great because I played Smash4 and than got into NL soon after. So the battle music was usually that. I also liked the morning music. It was like energetic, but chill. As if everyone was still shaking the rust off of them.

PG has to be the 1PM cat music and crazy 2AM song. I just miss it all. I am hoping that somebody eventually makes some kind of Switch code where we can throw in a variety of different hourly music from the other games cause I don't care for NH's music. The start menu and I think 1 or 12PM are the only ones I can play out in my head well enough. The others just never grabbed my attention enough.

Haha yes! PG 2am, what was up with that funky music? It's as if a party is still going on somewhere in your neighborhood and you're tempted to go, even though you should be sleeping at this time.

The Wild World OST is still my favorite

I played often through out high school, especially through my freshman and senior years. I played often through 11p to maybe 3am, but these soundtracks still get stuck in my head often.

NL 10am always makes me think of LoZ Wind Waker my fave Zelda game.

It would be really nice if we had the option to mix up the hourly music and play hourly music from the old games. Some of the NH hourly tracks can get repetitive and I think being able to set up your own playlist would be a great feature that would definitely improve the playing experience.

honestly, the entire wild world soundtrack is incredibly nostalgic for me. it was one of my first ever games in general and was my first animal crossing game. i was little when i got it so i don’t remember much besides tangy being the first villager i ever met, being disappointed that i couldn’t participate in the bright nights festival besides voting, thinking k.k. slider was asking for irl song suggestions and so i gave him rihanna and lady gaga song titles only to be confused when homie didn’t start singing paparazzi and other weird lil memories like that. i didn’t think the soundtrack was something i remembered but it is. i don’t hear it very often but it’s one of those things that are heavily nostalgic for me aha

If this feature were possible I'd swap out so many tracks, like 1pm in favor of New Leaf's version and 8pm in favor of PG's version.

This kind of feature reminds me of GB Sounds from Heartgold and Soulsilver. It was fantastic.
