no, i dont, i really dont care enough to spell check everything i type on a forum. for school and stuff, i usually get 100% on the spelling/punctuation section on essays and stuff.

Hitting the shift key every once and awhile isn't gonna kill you. There's no excuse for typing like you do, especially when you say you get 100% on it at school. But if you enjoy making yourself sound less intelligent, then go ahead and continue typing the way you do.
