Nook's Cranny Weird Bug

Okay. So I just got my Nook shop yesterday (4/22) and there's something up. Whenever I buy furniture items they don't disappear and they don't leave the "sold" sign behind. At first I kept trying to buy the item over and over because I thought I hadn't been given it. However, once I checked my inventory it turns out the item was duplicated and I bought it 3 times. The bells were gone and I could still go and buy the item again if I wanted to. This isn't attached to my shop though, I think it's my villager because I've had a friend over and she was able to buy an item from my shop and have it go "sold". I thought it'd go away either with the update or with a power reset but it hasn't. Help!

The 3 items in the upper back area are one of purchases but the 2 items on the floor level are buy as many as you want in my shop. I think that is the way it's suppose to be...

Those are the items you can buy as many of you want of. When you're buying the items in the back he specifically says they're "limited", which explains why they disappear after you buy them. That's how it's supposed to be, it's not a bug. ^.^

Ohhhhhhh! Okay, well, that's new to me! Thanks for the explanation guys! As someone who's played NewLeaf and other AC games I think this is new. It definitely caught me off guard.
