Unfortunately your schedule is incorrect. I only know this because I have the WHITE tourist telescope, and yet the cute set that my shop sells is the red one. I will edit this as I see more things.

I guess the game really is RNG based. I am not really liking how random everything is. It almost seems like you have to rely on it and hope that you get the right color and style you want. I can see why so many people restart so often.
