Please give me an agenda or scheduling app on the NookPhone!! I LITERALLY always forget about my villager dates :/

Don't expect major changes like that. Besides the ui is in line with the rest of the game, it doesn't look like something they'd want to change.

A calendar, YAS. If you check the town board, events get added to your calendar (which maybe you can see on an app on your actual phone, like I've heard about Splatoon and Smash having their own apps?) as well as when villagers tell you about their birthdays.

Different phone cases and an app that lets us message villagers would be cool. Maybe you could invite multiple villagers to a designated location like your house through messaging.

Phone cases would be great. Both in game ones and custom designs like clothes. I am excited to see our community make all kinds of custom things (I hope we can make custom bags too!)

I'm not too thrilled about it, but I'm still open to its possibilities as long as it doesn't have a Nookstagram or a Nookbook to go with it.

Snooty Villagers get mad if you don't like their Nookstagram posts enough...would be awful.

This is a super cute idea! Or maybe a switch your villager can hold (unlike the 3ds which was limited to your house in NL, which was silly).

I love the idea! I hope you can customise the look of the phone and menu like a real phone - I'm guessing their will be a lot of apps.

Other ideas:
Nookazon (Replacing the catalogue machine. They have said crafting isn't the only way to get items, that you can still shop)
Hopefully messaging! Both to animals and other players (email or texting....nintendo pls)

Your weather app theory is great. Anyway, it's about time we got the smartphone.

I love the idea of the Nook phone, and I really hope they flesh it out and execute it well. Another "accessory" to customize with phone cases, apps for all of the simple menu features for ease of use and convenience, and the fact that the GUI looks so simple and sleek and easy to use is gonna make it an amazing feature.

If they could cram in all of the NPC shops as like orderable features or something into the phone, I would be in love. No more running trips to identify fossils when you can just give Blathers a call and ship them off. Need a hair change? Call Harriet. Gotta order some stuff but don't want to make a list and forget half of it? Give the Nooks a call. Fortune telling, paying off our never-ending debt, using a bank feature, accessing mail/storing mail (for that extra thicc hoarding), I feel like the possibilities are endless.

It would definitely give the game a fresh feeling if all of the "hard to access" features were in our hands, but furniture and decorating being more difficult (with new plant mechanics and crafting/materials).
