You have to go to Nook's Homes and then pay off the loan at the ABD. He gives you time to get the money in-case you don't have the money yet and paid off the home loan. Which I guess you still need to pay 98k?

Lol, I think you should save & quit before it (might) does that. Theeeen if it doesn't, go and start up your game, and start doing fun stuff and talk to villagers etc. Speaking of homes, I only have like 10k HHA points when I should have like 20-30k >.> Lyle, stop making me expand.

It tends to happen when you pay off the loan before he asked you to meaning, the expansion was built, you didn't talk to him the next day or so, but paid off your loan before talking to him.
