This smug horse guy named Ed set up his plot right in front of my Re-Tail today. I was doing the reset trick trying to get Chadder, because only smugs were going to move in today, but I kept getting all these other smugs trying to move in. There were some I didn't mind, like Shep, Quillson, Jacques, and Kidd, that kept trying to move in, but I kept passing them up. Really contemplated letting Lopez move in, and he was in a great spot too, but I felt firm on getting one mouse in my town and Chadder was the only mouse design I liked. He's even got a tux on; that's class!
But while browsing the internet, I accidentally signed in with my mayor without realizing, and I was already running around town before I realized my mistake. And there it was. The roped off plot crowding up Re-Tail's real estate. I looked up his picture and I am so not feeling the emo-horse hairstyle or any of it.
I just have to wait for him to leave, I guess. Ugh, cursing myself for my fool mistake now. I don't time travel, so I'm hoping it doesn't take too long.

Pashima. She moved to a really bad spot about a month ago and still hasn't moved out
I'd probably be willing to forgive Pashmina...unless she moved right in front of my town hall!
Which is what Jambette did once, and I already didn't care much for Jambette, so damn it!
This is why I always make it my aim to get fountain in front of town hall asap...can't stand it when the villagers move right in next to buildings...

He moved into my town as well from my brothers void... He was replaced quickly!
In my old game I had a chicken move right in the middle of my forest walkway... Didn't like the villager AND he ruin my beautiful perfect cherry trees!
Edit: also in my new game the first villager to move in was Gala (the cute pig) who I wouldn't have minded having for a while BUT she lost all happy emotion I could have had towards her when she moved 2 spaces in front of my house... Idk how she even did it why would Isabelle allow it?!

I feel like I'm close to my bad-villager-feels limit.
The beginning batch is a total shot in the dark, gotta' live with a few blah ones if you want the map and fruit you want, okay. Friga and Elvis are growing on me and Kevin doesn't seem bad, though I decided I hate Pinky. Okay, okay, I can move them out eventually.
Erik moved right on top of the place I wanted my main path, but he's a really cute guy, so I'll call it lucky, since I didn't know about the villager reset trick until a day after I started my town.
But then made my mistake, missed out on Chadder and got this horrible-looking Ed guy in a bad place to boot... Okay, that sucks, but it's my own fault, I'll live with it, I still have two slots left.
And today... just one day after the Ed's place was roped off, when he's still in boxes, there's another roped area for another lion that I don't think I'll like at all, and nobody was supposed to move in until at least Ed was fully moved in!! That's what the guide I read said how it works, and that only makes sense, and AGH I know it could be worse, at least it wasn't in a horrible spot, but I just.
I was SAVING that spot for COCO, you stupid, stupid jerk!! I was hoping I could just keep resetting for my 9th villager all day on move-in day and maybe I could get Coco naturally, as part of the set of my first villagers... She's the only one I really wanted, and everything else would have been fine if I could get her, but now I just have the weird 10th slot open that only works with certain things like the campsite, so there's no way I can get her unless magic chance or I buy her online or something and UGH.

I know it won't fix it, but I ended up turning off my game without saving and I just lost so much excitement for my new town at all these unwanted visitors.
Someone needs to move out ASAP. I don't care who, as long as it's not Chevre. Even Pashmina or Erik can go, I really don't care anymore. I need my 9th slot open, dammit!

You could do the reset trick with the campsite. I find a bunch of popular villagers there. Rosie, Tia, Stitches, Merengue...
I remember when Canberra moved in. I hated her position, which was just a couple spaces below Limberg's place. I hated Limberg with a passion. He was the first to move out, luckily. After that, Canberra started to grow on me. Then there's Bruce. I had just planted my first perfect apple tree and he moves right on top of it. He's lucky I grew to love him.

I was resetting for a cranky and was so tired from doing it for so long so I decided to give up and let whomever has a decent plot to move it and it turned out to be T-bone. I thought it doesn't really matter because I can easily TT him out but he's been in my town for a month now as he just refuses to move GAAHHHH! Worst decision in my life and I regretttttt it

i had fking ELISE move in at random because someone didn't clear their void EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEIR VOID WAS CLEAR. you wouldn't believe how frustrated i was to see that hideous monkey and her stupid glasses walking around...ugh.

Recently bought him for a lot of TBT bells, and being naturally lazy me, I didn't want to do the plot reset trick, so I went to my alt character's file (since I rarely ever use my mayor - it's a running joke that I imagine him refusing to do his job and staying home eating doritos while watching anime XD) and walked around to look for where Fang had put his home.
He had placed his fenced plot right where my pathway was, which I had nicely aligned my beautiful perfect apple trees. I was mad.
But I'm not one of those extremely picky people, so I did what I could to make up for it. His house is in front of Wolfgang's and the mayor's, so he's very kind to let both of his neighbors look outside to stare at the back of his house. Such a nice neighbor. Not.
It's a good thing that I love wolves, and he's adorable. ;;uvu

Wow, thank you so much. I hadn't even realized that this trick could be done with the campsite too! It'll be more difficult to predict when someone will stay in the campsite, and I didn't have many visitors in my old town, but I'll just have to try to start with a new villager every morning and check it as part of my daily routine.
I feel so much better now. Truth be told, it may be strange, but the thought of paying tons of money to buy a villager still seems kind of strange and cold to me, and the first thing it made me think of was human trafficking, hahaha. So, I'd really prefer if at least Coco could be attained through slightly more 'natural' means. If I see her at the campsite, I'll get to interact with her in a totally new way from as a villager too! Now I'm excited again =) .
I was really worried about a villager moving on top of my one perfect apple tree too, hahaha. I think I sold my perfect fruit in my first town, because before I reset, I never recalled seeing anything like that.
