I mean they were likely a scammer, but they clearly weren't a very good one at that. Plus so long as they hadn't actually scammed anyone, I can't see that mods would act.

@Everyone: I don't know why he was banned but I do know I reported the suspicious behavior. Especially after I seen him do the same thing to The Hidden Owl.
