For example, do you speak with all of your villagers before finishing your play season?
I usually do to not have a villager getting angry and calling me "Mr. No Show".
I actually don't talk to any villager unless they ping me. I'll make the exception with my dreamies that have newly moved into town, to try to build friendship. I never talk to the ones I'm eventually going to move out.
I talk to all of them, even the ones I don't like. I used to ignore them but it didn't make me feel great. I want my town to be a happy place and I feel that by thinking certain villagers aren't worth talking to that I'm bringing in all that negativity from the real world into my town and that's not what I want my game to be about. Even if they're not real, I'd like to think my town is a better place to live in for my critters than the real world is for most of us xD Even if that sounds dumb lol
I try to talk to all my villagers, but half the time I forget Hans and Pecan are even in my town. They live on the opposite side of the map from everyone else, so I never really see them.
I talk to all my villagers, even the ones I dislike. It just feels weird to not talk to them. lol
Although, if I have a villager moving out for good, then I barely talk to them for fear of them changing their mind.
Why would you not talk to your villagers? That's kind of a big part of the game. Even if their dialogue is painstakingly repetitive, you should at least talk to them. Honestly, why would you just ignore the villagers in your town? Lol I don't know why this is making me so mad but it's absolutely ridiculous that people just want to move villagers in their town and not talk to them.
I always talk to all of them , give them gifts but I refused to bring them fossils or ugly big fishes xD
When I moved camofrog to town it was just cause I needed his pwp suggestions. But then I started talking to him everyday and I found out he's nice and cool and I like him! So try to talk to the villagers that you don't like , maybe they'll grow on you and could become your favorites. This game is full of surprises !!
I always talk to my villagers! If I can't find them, I always have to hunt them down in the museum or wherever before I can save and quit. I understand why people might not talk to a moving villager, or maybe their least favorite, but I don't understand why you wouldn't at least talk to most of them every day. Are there people who acquire villagers purely for aesthetics and have no interest in interaction?
I talk to the ones I come across sometimes or if they want to talk to me. Sometimes there's one or two I end up missing but I make sure to talk to everyone at least once every few days so that they don't have those "you're ignoring me" messages (which also prevent important pings).
omg so for the longest time i had this weird habit of not talking to my villagers until my town was 'completed' in caution of spoiling the game once i was finished with my town
I talk to all the villagers I see, but I won't search all of main street and my whole town just to say hi to one villager if I'm really tired and it's late.
I make it a point to talk to all of them each day I play even if I have to save and continue to respawn their location. They are all my dreamies and I could not bare to have one of them leave.
I find there's usually five villagers wandering, two or three in their houses, and then two or three that are MIA. The MIA ones are usually on Main Street, in the Museum, or in Re-Tail. So those guys, I don't bother talking to, unless for some reason I load the game more than once a day. Everyone who is outside or in their house, I try to talk to. However, this is partly just so I can confirm no one wants to move.
