As the title says, dark tulip wreath up for grabs with a 5 tbt entrance fee.
Two reasons for the fee, I'm saving up tbt to buy real art for my museum, and I want to discourage those who would get the diy to just turn around and sell it.
I'll be staying in her house, so hopefully I can get a few people in.
