I bought a second copy of the game and have had my new town for 2 1/2 weeks. In my original town it has rained 3 or 4 times in this time, but hasn't once in my new town. I wish there was a way to see a weather forecast or some way to maybe influence the weather. Like a rain dance haha

You can check using the weather station PWP or whatever it is, but I think it only tells you what the weather will be like later in the day, or tomorrow at most. This is off the top of my head.
