So I started a ACNL game a little over 2 months, I check it everyday and was waiting for someone to leave.. But no one has left toen yet, not even Isabelle mentioned a mover! And all the villagers I started with are still there.. Anyone a clue what might begoing on?

I got 10 villagers btw =]

You'll need to have introduced yourself in order for them to move out eventually. When did the last one move in?

The 10th moved in a few days ago, I talked to all of them.. It's my 2nd town when I'm done in my main I go play on that one

I'm currently needing space in my town for my last dreamie, but sadly Simon moved in when he came from someone else's void, it's been nearly a month and he still hasn't moved.
It's really getting me down, but he will have to move eventually.

All I know is, ignoring them doesn't work.

Wait a while longer. Someone doesn't immediately decide to move out when a 9th or 10th arrives.

If you keep saying "No" to the others the move-out cycle will eventually hit the villager you want gone. As stated ignoring doesn't work. The game is about friendship, so you'll have to build it first. Most of the time the villagers you like the most are the ones most likely to move.

About the "Ping". If you don't talk to someone for a week they won't ping you because they feel ignored.

I know that.. But it's just weird that when I had my 9th in my main town I TT'ed 4 days and did the TT guide to move them out and now when I did not TT no one moved :P Even in my main town after 2 months 2 villagers moved away xD

eeeerm , no not yet. Money isn't going fast as it isn't my main town
But that's not a must, right? o-o

This explains it. I remember that a few cyclers had reset a bunch of times and they had determined that that was the cause.

it doesn't need to unlock the island for villager to leave @@. i am forced to talk to tortimer when i am cycling because its so annoying , whenever i load up the game Isabelle will repeat the same line .

what annoy me right now is claudia doesn't wanna move. it been at least 30 villager i had moved out and that pinky tiger is still here with me =(

No one has moved, everysingle one of them is still in my town...

The day I talked to Tortimer about the island, a villager pinged me to move. He changed his mind, but he did bring it up.

Speaking strictly for myself, no one would move in my cycling town until i unlocked my island. And i went like a year in advance 5 days at a time. They started to "cycle" put when i finally unlocked that island.

You need to have the 100% or adopted a villager online to get someone to even think of moving out. :3

If you have multiple characters in your town, introduce your mayor to the villager you want out but don't introduce your other characters to them. I found it works easiest for me that way. I just started my town two weeks ago and two people have already asked to move out. :)

You don't have to unlock the Island. Do you have the 100% approval rating yet? When did your last villager move out?

This has nothing to do with it. If it's been working for you that's great, but it's random who moves out (other than the mayor having to have met them before). I ignored everyone on my first side character for ages and I got the same pinging rates as I did before.

I just saw the other thread you created with the same question and based on your reply to the user who answered over there, I was going to say this: so someone has pinged you? In that case, it can take some time for someone to ping you again. I went a full week without anyone pinging me once and recently I was time travelling and nobody was thinking about moving out for four whole days.

Maybe you haven't gone through the tutorial dialogues enough wherein one of your first five villager will mention "Where did you build your house?", when they ask you about the shirt they're wearing, saving the game and taking a picture and such. This happened to me when I was cycling. No one was moving until I've done this. I'm sure you don't need to unlock the island, 100% approval or don't need to have certain amount of bells. :)
