No museum model

I've completed the entire museum, but I didn't receive the museum model via mail. I can't donate anything any more to Blathers.

I no longer remember but I think after completion it randomly shows up in your shop .. there is some misinformation floating around wiki

I also didn't get one in the mail like it stated on Thonky and other sites. I have been checking my museum shop every day since then, but it still hasn't shown up. I hope it shows up soon for both of us!

Yes, check the museum shop for it, it took mine weeks to appear though.

I'll second this. It did take a while for me too, but it finally showed up in the museum shop. I would have appreciated a special ceremony myself!

Oh. Good to know nothing got messed up when I went back a day. I'll keep checking the museum I guess... *sigh*

Is it s 1x1 or 1x2 spaced model like a sofa?

In reply to that, I'm pretty sure it's just a 1x1 model.

But yes I've heard that it can take a while. Just keep checking your shop everyday.

It's 1x1 spaced. I've never tried to put it on a table like the golden house, however, so I don't know if that would work.

1x1 model, and it will show up in the area that the walls/floors/tools do in the shop, not the general furniture area

also, its reorderable as well

Town 3 it took 3 weeks to show up.
Town 1 and 2 it was there the next day.

Check your museum gift shop before opening the gates. Visitors can buy items.
It's the one thing that I thought the game wouldn't sell to visitors. Anyone finding one in a showcase can order it.
It should have arrived in the mail or given to you when you completed it. All your other players could go up and get one.
