No more DLC?

After coming back from a few months without playing. I talked to Pelly in the Post office and there was no latest DLC option? Only "send mail". Did they change something?

lol, I reread my post and realized it made no sense. There's no DLC option, but to get the DLC monthly item the option is "ask about a present."
