I wasnt worried about not having a 16 villagers cycle until just now.

Patty. Ugh. Patty lived in my town. Moved to my sister's. Fine. Then I had an empty space. I need a jock and couldn't find some after 10islands. And 5where repeats. Figured whatever I'll get a random smug.

No. I get Patty. Back from my sister. Not even a snooty. She JUST moved. I almost threw my switch. It's not even that I hate Patty. It's just WHY. There was a better thing I needed. I'm frustrated. I spent so long grinding tickets to get repeated 3 times of Antonio. And some gorillas. And a hippo.
I didnt even have high Hope's I just wanted a smug.

Ehehe, that reminds me of when I got rid of Frobert in Wild World.

I visited my son's town locally, and Frobert moved there.

I deleted my town and started a new one.
My son visits me, doesn't tell me Frobert had moved out, and I end up with him.

The same Frobert, even with furniture I gave him from my deleted town.

Why wont she move unless another villager does? The rumor that your newest villager cant move out isnt true if that's what you're referring to.
