No Club LOL?

So 5 days ago, on January 11th, Dr. Shrunk finally came to my house to have me collect signatures for Club LOL.
Shortly after I finished and gave the signatures to Shrunk, I invited a friend over to my town.
After she left, I noticed Shrunk was missing. I just assumed that was normal and he would build soon.
I looked it up, and apparently it takes 5 days to build.
Hmm, wonder where it is?

Can anyone help me figure this out?

i don't remember exactly it happened a long time ago for me but maybe it takes a full five days and will be there tomorrow

Hmmm well.. I was curious so I googled your question xD Found a lot of people asking the same thing...

Some said you have to wait 6-7 days.. some said you had to atleast have your town for 10 days, and some said that you need to have the T&T mart.

It was different for everyone I know...I think the longest was 7 days though. I know mine was a full 7 days, I was super-frustrated by it!
