I can see it being exploited for hackers to get information, wifi hotspots are one of the easiest ways for hackers to obtain information.

Some of this stuff sounds completely stupid though... a whole section on 3D shaun the sheep, really?

street pass sounds like a new version of the sleep mode wireless.. i forget the name of that. i would be more worried about that/having people with my Mii data (however they're going to soup up the profiles) and whatnot.

i don't know enough about wifi hotspots or whatever it is for me to say anything about the wifi aspect.
