I'm not sure if there is something about in the english page, but in the JPN one there is a link to Nintendo's official village, where you can get exclusive QR codes from them and look at their amazing decoration there!

I don't think it's the first town as it wasn't at least for me. I remember well as I was sent to a very beautiful town, to later find out it had a wood with a creepy as **** house T~T
