Nintendo UK Summer Tour
The Nintendo Summer Tour gives members of the public the opportunity to get hands on with a selection of Nintendo games - in dedicated play areas for both Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
The selection of games on offer includes the recently released Wii U titles Splatoon and Yoshi’s Woolly World. Visitors will get the chance to play Super Mario Maker and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash ahead of their launch later this year. Classic family favourite Wii U titles SUPER MARIO 3D WORLD and Mario Kart 8 will also be available to play as part of the tour.
Visitors will be invited into Mario’s World – a section of the stand featuring a life-size Piranha Plant statue and giant green pipes, the ideal backdrop for fun photographs. Ahead of the release of Super Mario Maker, on 11th September 2015, visitors will also be given the chance to try the game and build their own levels.
Providing fun for all the family, there will be Mario themed rewards on offer for players, including hats, moustaches and even a limited edition Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary pin!
Nintendo 3DS fans will have the chance to play Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Tomodachi Life, Puzzles & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition, plus Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Pok?mon Omega Ruby and Pok?mon Alpha Sapphire and Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
Helping to bring Animal Crossing: New Leaf for Nintendo 3DS to life, the tour will also offer visitors the opportunity to take and print their own photos, posing in front of a themed board and tagging their shots with #AnimalCrossing.
The Summer Tour will provide a chance to see the current amiibo collection, as well as giving a sneak peek at the new amiibo soon to be available from the Nintendo Official UK Store and other UK retailers later this year.
I have attended the official Nintendo UK Summer Tour 2015 event today and I managed to get the following promotional items.
