Ok so I have an issue I was hoping someone might be able to help me with.

How do I get a DS connection set-up on my 3DS if my Network hasna WPA key?
Are there ways to by-pass my WPA?
Can I setup a second Network on my computer?

The WPA key should be on the back of your router. Newer DS games like Pokemon Black & White use WPA. You need a WEP key for older DS games like Animal Crossing.

I see.
Yet that still leaves my issue unresolved.
See I don't wanna change my WPA key on the current network because it protects my computer from getting back hacked.
I was hoping that I might be able to get a second network setup on my computer but that might not be possible, I hoped some one who knew how many computer networks 1 computer can have might be online to answer all my questions.

You would either have to downgrade to WEP on your current router, buy a second router specifically to use a WEP connection, or hunt down a Nintendo WFC Connector or a similar thrid party attachment. Those are the three options that I'm currently aware of anyways, I've been taking networking classes so I'm still learning but with my current knowledge these are the only things that come to mind. I would imagine one of those WFC Connectors would be cheaper than going out and buying a brand new router for games alone, but you'd probably have to deal with a long wait as it ships from eBay or some other website.

I have one of those Nintendo WiFi USB Connector things. It never really worked for me.

I have had the same problem before and I decided to try and install it with my Windows Firewall and Anti-Virus both turned off all the way through the installation and I have had no problem with any of my connections to Pok?mon Black and Pok?mon White with getting on to the Mystery Gift as I was able to download that special Wi-Fi Event Mewtwo.

Yeah, that tends to be the problem. The Firewall will tend to block it due to the fact it keep a port open often, something the computer doesn't like to do because hackers can get through it. Just make it an exception and/or plug in the connector when you need to use it. Or simply turn off the firewall like Jason, just be sure to turn it back on when finished.

Thank you everyone for your advice.
I will let you know about when I find the wi-fi connector and how I hook it up.
