NINTENDO 2DS WONT TURN ON PLEASE HELP

I just sent my nds out to Nintendo this winter and it already stopped working! I am trying to do my birthday festivities and it wont turn on. The light turns blue then makes a little pop noise and shuts off.

I won 100 off a scratchie today and spent it all.... I blew through almost 200$ today and didn't even expect this **** to happen.

please help. I just bought a new copy of new leaf and pokemon sapphire...:'(

someone help... cant believe it broke on my birthday. i turned it on this morning. i had it on and put it on sleep then when i pulled it from my bag it wasn't on... im not even at home where i have access to little itty bitty screw drivers either... is there any little tip i can do to get it off..... help omg...
