Ah, that was my first guess but then I remembered egg moves.
Since Diancie usually goes for 200-300 btb, would it be possible to trade Diancie for Blitzle, and then possibly a shiny Bunneary for 70 btb? You still get the most bang for your buck. (My friend just found out she might have cancer and I want to get her her favorite pokemon as a shiny.)
