Lol, I cycled for 3 hours and went quite a few months ahead in time and nobody moved out. I'm starting to think that Sanasa's guide and the ignoring trick don't work. Got mayorship and the beautiful ordinance so I wouldn't have to worry about the hybrids wilting.
I think that my villagers love me too much and don't want to leave...
