New way to make a group?

The make a group thing in the shop has been sold out for ages plus it's super expensive. Is there a new way to make a group?

What team popsicle did was make a thread in the basement and just sorta went with it until the group was restocked.

I made a group with a bunch of friends, we use LINE, its really good and its free too. You can make posts, create albums, a chat room, pretty much what a TBT group includes but not 42k lol
