I'm about to restart my new leaf town but I'm stumped for what theme to do! I was thinking of doing a kiddie/clown/bright colored theme, like with balloons and fairytale stuff, and villagers like Pietro, and Hugh with his kiddie themed house, but it seemed hard? It's difficult to make the whole town seem uniform with how little pwps and furniture items there are that are brightly colored, and also there are little to no villagers that are bright and it's hard to find out who all has kiddie themes, so I'm trying to think of some other ideas that I could do, or maybe have some help on how to do a happy rainbow town?

You could do it!
Have a park, with the chair sculpture (the big red boot).
The tire toy is colorful, but has a negative effect on your perfect town status. (Other things give you back any points you may lose.)
The climbing frame/jungle gym is also colorful.
You could have the face cutout standee! ^_^
