New Town New Leaf

So i started a new town yesterday named Galifrey and I must say but i have some of my dreamies like Goldie and Kid Cat
So I was wondering I wanted my town to be astrological like starry and galaxy like any ideas on how I can build this up?

My town has the same theme. Space tile and blue/purple/white hybrids make great decor. I use durians as "star" trees.
