New Town Idea!

So I am going to be restarting my town and I wanted to do like a nature town, so I was thinking that I could do like a lot of trees and plants and then only get animal villagers that look like real animals, as in not a weird color but just normal natural colors for that kind of animals.

I tried to narrow it down a bit but I need help, I see it going one of two ways doing more of a "farm" type of nature, have wooden/flowery stuff as PWPs and just have regular farm type animals and for that my list would be something like:
-Molly
-Elmer
-Tipper
-Goldie/Portia
-Lolly/Purrl/Kiki
-Robin
-Rodeo?
-Ruby
-Gala/Curly
-Goose/Egbert

Or to have a more exotic "zoo" type of nature and have metal/newer kinds of PWPs and have exotic animals instead like:
-Rolf/Rowan
-Dizzy
-Savannah
-Fang
-Aurora/Hopper
-Biff
-Kitt
-Antonio
-Elvis
-Grizzly/Chow/Tutu?
-Chester(if I don't use Chow)

What do you guys think would make the better town and which do you like more for the villager choices? I like both options but I don't know which I like more!

I second the zoo idea because Biff is in it. Couldn't you use Flurry as a polar bear?

I just realized Flurry is a hamster and not a bear. Never mind.

Yeah but that reminded me of Tutu, I kind of only want to have one of each species of animal but that'd be a good option, or Chow/Chester.

I love both ideas, especially the Farm! That's a really unique idea and if you're looking for uniqueness I'd choose that one.

I originally had him next to Fauna on the list as an "other" option but I like Fauna so much more that I decided to cut him. Even though we share a birthday.

I tried to get it down to a better list, I do think the farm is a better idea than the zoo now, and I tried to get one of at least every personality, I might change it as I go, but so far I got a list of animals you'd find on a farm or that'd you encounter on a farm at least:
-Roscoe
-Fauna
-Molly
-Elmer
-Lolly
-Muffy
-Tipper
-Ruby
-Kyle
-Curly

I also think I'll try to get a nice dirt path going or at least get the "natural" looking stone paths, and get PWPs like the flower box, scarecrow, fence, log bench, and maybe some of the zen stuff since it looks more naturey.

I love the zoo themed town idea! you should go with wooden PWP's. I have a jungle theme and all I have is wooden PWP's and I am planning on putting lots of flowers and scrubs to make it more like an overgrown tropical jungle!

I'm actually for the farm idea! I am currently at work on Shika, my all deer town. I just got my last deer last night! Yay. It is going to be a woodland theme, log benches, bonfires, spruce tree groves. I have always thought a circus theme would be cute as well: lions, tigers, elephants , monkeys.
