I have just created a new town which I am planning to populate with all deer villagers. I have four spaces to fill since Apple decided to very sneakily move in unannounced :) So that will be four deer I am keeping and six non deer I need to cycle out. Since this is a new town, should I just remain aloof to everyone while I cycle out the original villagers? I've never had a cycle town or tried to do a mass exodus of villagers. Can you guys please give me any advice on what would be the best way to go about this endeavor? Thanking you all in advance for any help :)

Villagers will leave quicker if either you don't speak to them at all once they move in or develop a high friendship level with them.

Good luck!

When i'm just starting out on a cycling town, I talk to my villagers alot, to find out who wants to move out (it may take a couple of days) and when I have my first person moving out once they've pinged me, I then remain aloof to them for the sake of keeping them original. After they move I begin the cycling process, still remaining aloof to the other villagers for originality. I suggest you remain aloof to them, it helps them to move out quicker. Hope this helps. :)
