New Town Campsite Help?

So I downloaded another copy of New Leaf the other night because I don't want to reset Kittyton but I'm a bit bored of the layout and stuff.
I got the campsite as soon as I got my approval rating, and my first camper is Nana, who I think is adorable!
Marshal's plot appeared yesterday - he was my 7th villager - and unpacked today, so tomorrow a normal plot should be appearing.
My question is, if I invite Nana in today, will she overwrite the normal villager who should be plotting tomorrow, or will her plot appear the day after that? I really want to try and plot reset for either Molly or Fauna, so I don't really want to ask Nana in if she's going to overwrite the normal villager.

Also how did you download a second copy of your game? I purchased my game from the 3DS eShop.

I decided to try asking her in.
We played a game and I won, so she said she was moving in and all that.
I went forward a day and there was no plot the day after her camping trip (when a normal villager was due to move in) so I went forward another day and she moved in (I don't time travel in my main town so I'm happy to be able to time travel in this one, haha) so I'm a little bit sad because I really wanted Fauna but I guess I can try and get her a bit later on or something.

And my main town is a cartridge copy and I then wanted another copy on a whim, so I downloaded a copy from the eShop, so I now have a cartridge copy and a digital copy

If she had not been a normal then you could have cycled for fauna but now you have one already, any other personality you already had and this wouldn't have blocked you..Also for new players the first day the camp is up you can reset and every time a new villager will be in the tent that is how a lot get one of their dreams but only first day is it guaranteed every time to be there and changed.
