New Terraform Tool Idea - Walls or Shape Cliff Face

I would love to be able to build actual walls around my island to make it feel like a holiday resort. So wall decorations can be placed outside. And to be even customise the cliff face with paint or something. Because I'm finding the current terraforming tools are lacking features. And would greatly benefit the island's aesthetic.

Even to be able to customise the plain fences with patterns on them as well. To make them look like half walls.

I would love to be able to customize terraforming more! I ended up using simple panels everywhere to look like walls and over the cliff edges. It would be awesome to be able to fix these things instead of just covering them up!

I'd really like it if they somehow made terraforming more user friendly, first and foremost. Having to dig one tile at a time to make or undo something is so time consuming. I can't tell you how many times I was trying to shave off a little bit of a water way or cliff, undo something, or build up a slot nearby only to do the exact opposite.
