New Sig restrictions

well, it seems NOA Andy decided to let us all have bigger sigs : o

we can now have 550 x 48 sigs... thats a bit longer for anyone who didn't know.

Why would you want a sig that big? I never make sigs bigger than 400x150, those are a bit too big in my opinion. I mostly make 320x120.
