I like it and I don't like it at the same time.

Content wise, though, I just plain hate it because anime******ry.

It's unbalanced and I can't tell what your main focus is.
What I would probably do is like take the left image and make it like extremely opaque and like put it behind the right image that would be in the middle (or vice-versa) and have that imagine that is behind protruding from the side of the one that is up front..and then add some color to the background and a few effects and brushes behind the two images but not so much as around, more like coming out of the direction of your main focus so that the viewer knows to look at the center. And you have too much empty space - the empty space in the center is totally *censored.3.0*ing up your banner :<
This is just a suggestion, though.

The two images don't seem to correlate together as a whole. Looks unfinished.

I think it looks much better on the site but still I think it looks like it could have more done to it.
