Most game sites give it a high rating. I wouldn't be surprised if a movie site gave it a low rating. They are more for film and not for games.

Also, don't trust rating systems like that. You could see a game that would have an average score of 9.5 out of 10 rating if a million people could vote, but you can only see a rating under 2.0 on a critic site for the same game.

But seriously. People on movie review sites are stereotypically overcritical of things, maybe don't put so much stock in it...

Sadly, the internet is so full of hate Which is why I love these forums, so much love and happiness all around The people scoring on imdb were probably just bored, don't consider acnl as a 'proper' game since you can't kill your villagers in a gruesome bloodbath and figured they'd troll it. We all know better, it's a wonderful game
