New Leaf Races: Race Tracks?

Now, I've done this in City Folk before, but because of the QR machine, getting race patterns will be easy! Have you guys done this yet in New Leaf?

Since I just started, I don't have any chance of making a race track, nor can I do it since I haven't unlocked the QR machine...

There's a Mario Kart dream town that has race tracks. The dream code is 1200-0590-1582. Since you just started, you won't be able to visit it yet, I imagine, but here's some pictures of it.
