New leaf Dialogue

Does anybody else find the dialogue in this game to be too repetitive? I just find it so annoying because your villagers just repeat the same thing but its worse when you have two villagers of the same personality who only ever say the same thing as each other!

Is it just me who finds this really frustrating/Annoying?

This has been brought up many times before and yeah I totally agree. They really downgraded the dialogue and personalities a lot compared to WW (haven't played the other games), I noticed it as soon as I started playing. It's a shame, but doesn't bother me too much really.

That's what I thought, I'm glad it's not just me who noticed it-I hope they can sort it out for the next game

Yeah, it is repetitive, and I hope they add more variety. Sometimes I'm still surprised by the minor changes in dialogue that can exist between villagers and depending on the situation (like if you or they are holding something, where you run into them, etc.) but it would be awesome if they made it more diverse, especially in terms of personality.

Yep, it's very repetitive. Often they'll same the same thing twice in a row. Not nearly as bad as City Folk though.

Ah I never played City Folk so I wouldn't know, I'd be really happy if they did make it more diverse! It would certainly make me more inclined to buy the next game

I don't think it is THAT bad. As I said before. I think there is the same TOTAL amount among all the personalities. But remember there are TWO new ones that they had to write for, so they had to lower the amount for the others. (I think the inclusion of the tomboyish Uchi villagers was MORE than worth this sacrifice)
